John's watch repair warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: John's Watch repair warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of original purchase or repair. If a defect exists, at its option John's Watch Repair will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 1 Year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes John's Watch Repair's property.
This warranty applies to work performed by us only. Case, parts, crystals, winding and setting parts are not covered, nor are electric parts. Water damage is also not covered in this wrranty unless the timepiece is pressure certified by us. Keep in mind that water resistancy is not a permanent condition, as the gaskets inside the watch are subject to deterioration over time. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non- John's Watch Repair hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with John's Watch Repair hardware. Non- John's Watch Repair manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties. John's Watch Repair and its Authorized Service Providers are not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media, or any non- John's Watch Repair product or part not covered by this warranty. Recovery of user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non- John's Watch Repair products; (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an John's Watch Repair Authorized Service Provider; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of John's Watch Repair; or (d) if any John's Watch Repair serial number has been remo ved or defaced.
When you contact the John�s Watch Repair, you will be asked to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original receipt containing a description of the work done, and the appropriate serial number(s).
